1627 Property Management is a dynamic development company focused on the construction of housing projects and the subsequent rental of own apartments. In our portfolio we have a whole range of different types of housing such as lofts, maisonettes, mini houses with front gardens and classic apartments. We specialize in luxury apartments and interesting architectural objects. The apartments we rent were designed and built by ourselves in locations chosen by us. We have been active in the field of development since 1993 and have completed more than 2 000 flats. Previously, our team specialized in the construction and sale of built apartments, but by changing the company's philosophy, we advanced to the next level, namely housing rental.

Our priority is not only interesting architecture, but at the same time we focus on the ecological and economic processing of the projects.
